A very pleasant experience with a excellent member of your team

Good quality and choice available in store. On an earlier visit, a sales consultant (Ben C) was very helpful and informed on many options of the item I was interested in. I was left free to browse. Although I was not ready to decide on purchase at that time, there was no hard sell. On return to store weeks later, Ben was again helpful and clarified options on the furniture I was interested in and I subsequently purchased the item. Hopefully the remaining part of the service including delivery and installation, will be as good!

One of the few things we really appreciated was minimal contact with staff until we needed them. All staff seemed to know how to welcome us to the store without being invasive (nothing worse than viewing sofas with hard sellers as it just makes us leave before we’ve sat down on anything). I’ve never shopped at Furnitive Village before, and based on our experience we would definitely return for future furniture needs :)

Me Charlie Norman could not have been more helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took me straight to several products that fulfilled my requirements

We didn’t know there was so much to consider when purchasing both settees and a mattress. Without the expert knowledge and sales assistant, Trevor Bibb, we could have easily purchased both items and then been not fit for our purpose. Trevor spent an awful lot of time helping and guiding us without pressurising us at all. Consequently we felt at ease with him and feel that through his guidance we have purchased exactly what we needed. Please pass on our immense thanks to Trevor, he is a star and such credit to Furniture Village in Cheltenham !

Salesman could not do enough for us he explained every detail so we could understand gave us paper copy and email copy said delivery will bring sofas and chairs and assemble then take away all the waste

We have had a few problems with the delivery, however the manager of the Cheltenham branch has been fantastic and sorted this out. However if you are buying an Inca sofa it’s is not sectional and doesn’t come apart and fit through a standard Uk front door!!
