I had a wonderful experience with your company, entering the building which was bright and cheerful. We where aloud to walk around the bed section with out distraction. Then a lovely young lady called Justyna Fras came to us and asked if we needed any assistance. Justyna offered us coffee, I explained what I was looking for , she let me pick a bed frame with the mattress of my choice, then we chose a different headboard. I am so pleased with my purchase. Justyna deserves a gold star for being patient and explaining everything right down to delivery to our house, this young lady is an asset to your company, thanks to Justyna I will be back in the future to choose two sofas. One more remark,your prices are very competitive.

We ordered our bed on 31st of December and were told it would be 3-4 weeks. The mattress arrived after that time but they sent the wrong size bed. So for the next three weeks we were stuck on the floor and what made it worse is that we were told our bed was in Milton Keynes but ready to deliver to the local Bristol delivery centre it still took 3 weeks to get it to us and we were stuck on a mattress on floor and j have a bad back
I had to call them multiple times and I only had a call once in that entire time and that was from the store manager after I had to go in to the store in Cheltenham to chase it up.
We submitted a formal complaint and have heard nothing and are still waiting to see if any compensation materialises.
The initial service on the shop was brilliant but after that the customer service was far from ideal.

Easy parking; welcoming, warm, well-designed store.
Greeted immediately by the Store Manager and offered refreshments.
Introduced us to Sarah, the Sales Assistant, who was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in.
Sarah and the Store Manager did exceptionally well to provide great customer service and price points. We were able to order what we’d originally visited the store for - and actually ordered more because their service was so good. Thank you.

Jemima kept us regularly fully informed in a professional and friendly manner, by telephone and e-mail. She explained each time where we were in the process of our enquiry which we found most helpful.

Karen the sales assistant was brilliant. Very helpful, informing of the options demonstrating the reclining chairs. Felt extremely comfortable with her, as if chatting to a friend. She helped us decide on the style and fabric of choice of chairs etc.

Craig explained clearly the different types of bed mattresses and was not over pushy and polite

The staff are really terrific in Cheltenham, helpful and never pushy. This is a family run business that really feels like that. Sarah was our go to person for this purchase.
