We purchased two beds and a coffee table and were received and served by Trevor. He was friendly and courteous, offered and made coffee for us and was meticulous and very professional in dealing with a complicated order. He was very clear when describing the various elements of the ordering and delivery process. Overall we were very impressed and wil look for Trevor the next time we visit Furniture Village.

Justyna was incredibly helpful, honest and professional in her assistance to us both.
She made an effort to underStand what it was we needed. This resulted in our unexpected purchase of all three items. A real credit to the substance and professionalism of your company.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The inital sales assistant we delt with was extremely helpful,knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Above all didn't do the pushy sales. A couple of weeks later we went back to place the order and delt with the stor manager who again was helpful, polite and friendly. The delivery guys were also great being very efficient with getting the sofa in and put together. Again, also polite and friendly. I really can't fault the service we have received.

The lady who dealt with us couldn't have been better.
She was very helpful, giving us useful advise and not pushy in any way. I would definitely shop there again

The staff at Furniture Village- Cheltenham very helpful and friendly, it was our first purchase from them and we are very happy with our dining table set.

We had a previous bad experience trying to purchase a dining table set from a company called N**k S***i who were terrible (poor communication, damaged furniture twice!!)

I was very apprehensive about trying again, so much hassle with other the store.

It was our first time shopping for a dining set at Furniture Village and we found the staff and manager at Furniture Village to be so friendly, informative and trustworthy. The delivery team were very quick and efficient we couldn’t be happier. Many thanks.

Liars!!

Ordered quite a few items over the last year which we had no issue with untill we wanted to order a matching chair.
Off course paying in full was easy BUT then come to the delivery, the date come and went!! 24/11- 2/12
Called the branch we ordered from to be told it’s in hand and the lady was chasing it, she would call me back once it was at the depot. No call!! Called again it’s on its way.. lie!!

Called again for a manager to say he would call back once he had looked into it, no surprise I had to call again to chase where my order was. Christmas came and went and yet I was still chasing my delivery! Everytime I called they were trying to see where it was.
I have screenshots from the 24/11 where the delivery status didn’t change yet last week it changed to 22/11 in depot, this had t changed untill January so why in depot on 22/11 another LIE

Constant back and forth with Cheltenham store communication is abysmal.
Emailed the contact us NO reply!

7 weeks later after the delivery period my chair has just been delivered!! They had 7 delivery’s today within distance so I guess they could finally deliver to us FINALLY!!

The display of furniture was great and provided just what we needed to help visualise what it would look like at home and Jystyna was very helpful and made our decision an easy one.

Excellent service. Sofa and chair bought in same. Excellent deal and delivered 5 days later . Delivery person was great and very helpful

The dining table arrived really quickly and was delivered by the team who were friendly, efficient, very polite and hardworking.

Great salesperson. Informative, approachable, friendly. Unfortunately, I had to wait for my delivery, considerably longer than expected/agreed. Sales person did keep in touch and was more than apologetic.
Delivery guys were superb, too. Couldn't fault them.

On our arrival we were greeted by Sarah who took us to the area of the showroom where we could view what we were looking for. She left us to view the furniture and when we had decided what we had chosen she dealt with our requirements in a most efficient and friendly manner. A very pleasant visit.
