I am writing to express my dissatisfaction as a deeply inconvenienced customer.

At the time of purchase, we were assured that the products would be delivered within 28 days. However, even after three months, our order was still not fully delivered. When the items eventually arrived, a portion of them were defective, damaged, and of extremely poor quality.

We promptly contacted your customer service team and clearly requested a full return and refund. Despite providing all the requested evidence, including photographs and supporting documentation, we have yet to receive any clear response or confirmation regarding whether our refund will be processed.

This situation has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am highly dissatisfied with your service and would not recommend your company to others.

Delivery was ontime. Ash & Pete unwrapped sidebord carefully. Checked for any scratches or damage. Explained if we had any problems to call furniture village. Assembled the legs and removed all rubbish. Well pleased with it and Ash and Pete. Well done

Misleading advertising and poor customer service! On March 8th, we ordered a specific sofa promised for delivery within two weeks. As of April 7th, the tracking has not been updated since the purchase date. The phone lines are unresponsive, and despite multiple requests, no one has returned our calls. Customer service repeatedly claims they will contact the store and follow up, but we never hear back. It is impossible to reach them by phone or email.

09/04: I received an answer from myexperiencefurniturevillage.co.uk just saying a template message same as I had received from my previous email saying that they will send my details to the store manager contact, but I never heard back from them.

Raheem Khan made our experience at Furniture Village unique. He welcomed us friendly and he offered advice about dining tables and sofas. He is a professional that we highly recommend.

Abdur Raheem was extremely helpful and kindly helped us pick out a kitchen dining set along with other items.

I had a really great experience shopping at Furniture Village today. I originally went in just to buy a dining table, but the sales representative Raheem was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I needed, showed me a range of options, and never made me feel pressured.

What really stood out was how he introduced me to a discounted mattress and clearly explained its comfort and quality. Thanks to his honest and informative approach, I decided to purchase that as well—and I’m so glad I did!

Excellent customer service like this makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be recommending this store and will return again in the future.

Raheem Khan has been perfect! He was able to explain all of the fabrics and leathers to me and recommended me the manhattan stone colour. This paired with excellent description of the Dinky and Morgan sofas. He was also able to give us a special discount as we had a package deal, very professional and highly recommended.
