Luke and Rich were great, showed up early and set up my sofa very quickly.

Shane & Luke delivered and built our replacement bed. Arrived at the specified time. They were courteous, efficient and quick with the build. Any questions were answered in a professional and polite manner. A full and comprehensive brief was given on completion. Very pleased with the service.

Quick and efficient delivery both Rich and Luke introduced themselfs to us and were friendly and talkative throughout.

Alex and Joe were helpful delivery men they helped me arrange my other furniture to make room for the sofa and put it in the best spot. Both friendly. Also delivered ahead of time by about 2 weeks!

We ordered our dining table and chairs and was given a 3-5 week delivery time within 2 weeks it was delivered and assembled by 2 lovely men Luke and Rich who were very polite and worked very fast was given 7-10am slot and were here by 8am quickly and efficiently job done will definitely go back to furniture village again

Delivery day given then updated to a time window which on the day the guys arrived within that slot. In fact they arrived within the first 15 minutes of the three hours so this was great and not have me waiting
Polite, tidy and set up item then placed in room of choice so all good 👍

Loads of mattresses to choose from and we settled on a good one. David was really helpful in getting us there, lots of good advice, friendly too, thank you!

Both Mac & Scott were absolutely brilliant really friendly chaps, phoned me half an hour before they arrived. They made sure my floors were covered before offloading the sofa. I am thrilled with my new corner sofa fits perfectly in my living room.
No negative comments 100% customer service. Would recommend Furniture village to friends and family.

Looked all over online for a good 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa bed set
Other websites were "cheap" or too expensive
Furniture village was not the cheapest but a fair price for what it is and very glad we made that choice!
The delivery guys Mac and Scott were on time, well presented and left everything clean and tidy, also took all the packaging with them!

Luke and Rich were prompt and careful when they delivered our dining table and six chairs. They assembled it all and took away all the cartons. What more could you ask for.

We were a bit nervous ordering from Furniture Village as the independent store we have used closed John Lewis had a very poor selection instore.From the initial contact and ordering ,delivery times everything went well. The sales person in store very knowledgeable.Luke and Rich who delivered our item today was great.Arrived within the time slot given . Recieved a text stating they would arrive within a 20 minute window and arrived on time.Both were polite and professional All packaging taken away with them.I have heard and read reviews of bad service from Furniture Village. In our case everything has been perfect and we are very happy with our new leather sofa.

We were first told from the distributor what to expect time approximation day before the delivery . Then a text that you could tract how soon the delivery would be done.
Rich and Luke who delivered and assembled our dining table and chairs. Were professional, fast made sure table was level. I was happy with it. Took away all the packaging as well.
