We’d been waiting for few weeks for our new sofa, so we were really happy when it finally arrived! Luke and Rich were fantastic—friendly, professional, and very fast and efficient with assembling the sofa. They made the whole process smooth and hassle-free, and they also made sure everything was okay and that we were happy before they left. Excellent service from start to finish. Ankush made my experience excellent because he listened to my problem .. .my husband is blind and disabled and his special chair stopped working. Ankush arranged for a technician to come to our home the following dzy (!) to try to mend it. What amazing service. Well done.
Sadly the man who came could not mend the chair... we have to wait another 4 weeks for "spare parts"

The bed frame is great but the delivery guys assembled the bed and left quickly without telling me any instructions and precautions. I have to go through the online Chat system of Furniture Village website to solve my questions. Fortunately, Ali answered all my questions and I appreciated.

Delivery was arranged on Saturday on time which was good for me. Guys was very nice and kind and very helpful. Job done very smoothly. 10 out of 10. Many thanks for your service. But care+ leather care kit provided with policy for some reason wasn't left for me.

Our overall experience from start to finish was amazing. Gary helped us in store and helped us choose a sofa, showed us multiple options and put our order through on the day.

We weren’t expecting our sofa until August and it arrived mid July!

Joe and Scott delivered our sofa at 9am and were out of our hair by 9:35. Left the house clean and tidy and took all rubbish too.

We love our sofa, it’s comfy, adjustable and comes with the protection needed for a baby and dog.
