Paid a reasonable delivery charge but this includes assembly of chairs, making the cost very reasonable.
All in all a good experience - hassle free & comfortable.

Joanne was really helpful and friendly. Although I pretty much knew what I wanted she explained the different options available for the corner sofa. She also showed alternatives that could be delivered sooner. Despite me arriving less than half an hour before closing she gave me time to browse and to ask questions. I would highly recommend Joanne and the Gateshead store.

Natalie was very pleasant on the phone and extremely helpful

No pressure by sales lady (Rosie). She had an easy questioning technique (good people skills) and guided us in the direction of articles suitable to the size of our room. She left us alone to study alternatives, provided us with colour guides. After we made a choice we were taken professionally through the purchase process. A pleasant experience.

Great service both in store and delivery. No hard sell in store and everything explained re delivery,fabrics and product cover. Delivery was on time and all went smoothly.

Lovely product. Poor communication from store. We called them a number of times for updates which they gave reluctantly.
