Furniture Village - Gateshead Reviews 

The Sales Advisor Neil Armstrong at Furniture village was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture in the Metrocentre store. He advised me about all aspects of the stock making sure I had all the information I needed to choose the ideal corner unit I would need to fit into my static caravan. We were not rushed into our purchase and had plenty of his time to choose the material we wanted and chilled with a coffee. A very pleasant experience. This is the second suite I have bought at Furniture Village and would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for Furniture. As the furniture is made to order the delivery time is 12 weeks which is about the usual wait.

Neil , has dealt with us for years, and we always feel he has our best interests at heart, regarding our choices and decisions.

We’ve just bought a new sofa and dining table from Furniture Village Gateshead and had a great experience from start to finish. Neil Armstrong looked after us throughout and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, giving us plenty of time to make the right decision without any pressure. He also made a real effort with our two children, which we really appreciated.

The whole process was smooth and enjoyable, and Neil’s friendly approach made a real difference. Customer service like that deserves recognition. I have to say he made the whole experience feel out of this world!

I had a horrid experience.
I was sent sofas that should never have left the workshop - as stated by the Technician, who eventually came out after more than 2 months of contact.
I reported the issue within 24 hours. The ‘installation’ guys knew when they tested the recliner that it wasn’t working properly. Sadly, it took over 3 months to finally be able to get a refund.
Avoid like the plague, as when things go wrong … they no longer value your custom.

Staff were helpful and knowledgable. They talked us through the order and made sure we got the correct orientation and matching color of the modular sofa piece we were after. Thanks

Very nice lady ( Rosie) asked if she could help told her I would just here to look she said go ahead but if we needed her she was just nearby if we needed her.We took our time found exactly what I was looking for called Rosie she took over explained everything made our experience pleasant and easy
