Excellent service, great price and Rosie Atkinson the sales consultant really did know her job as she made buying experience very easy.

Every staff member who passed us throughout the shop and all said hello to us and asked if we needed help (Gateshead branch).
Rosie walked us through everything and gave good advice when purchasing our sofa.

Ordered a coffee table and opted to collect from store only to find that I will need to wait 3 weeks for it to be available in store.
I assumed it was in store as no information about availability when ordering

Rosie was lovely not pushy answered our questions then gave us space /time to make our decisions .Then explained our options on deliver , payment and extras on offer very good experience which has now been enhanced as we received the dining suite today and the delivery team where top notch. There is nothing that would stop use buying from Furniture Village in the future

We were assisted by Rosie who was very helpful. She answered our questions as they arose and made us aware of different fabric options and cost. We were able to look around the store at our own pace. Rosie has also given us contact details should we need any further assistance. We have just had our dining table and chairs delivered and are very happy with delivery service and how quickly everything was put together.

Furniture Village at Gateshead are very good. They are selling good quality furniture at reasonable prices. They have good staff, who are keen to help and starting from ordering till delivery and installation today - the whole process worked smoothly. We can't recommend them enough. This is not the experience we have had from other companies. That's why we have used Furniture Village a few times and will probably continue to.

The shop was beautiful and clean, I was left to shop instead of been chased by staff. Tim the member of staff that helped me and placed my order was great he never pushed anything just answered all questions, and I spent more as I had a chance to look peacefully. Hats off to management and staff for there beautiful care of customers and there store

Saleslady Joanne was helpful and knew exactly what I required and did her utmost to oblige. She didn’t pressurise at all, and went out of her way to provide me with thinking time.

Amazing experience. Tim couldn’t have been any more helpful. Showing us all the different ranges and colours. Which bar stools were better suited to our needs. Overall a great experience.
