Very helpful sales guy we advised our needs and he was very helpful

The member of staff who sold me the furniture really went out of her way to be helpful .Excellent customer service.

Due to circumstances outside our control we needed to amend our delivery and product assembly details so visited the Gateshead store in order to do this. The sales advisor, Rosie, quickly understood and with the minimum off fuss helped us with all this then contacted the warehouse to ensure they understood what was happening.
Cannot fault the service we received and appreciate the help to alleviate what could have been a very stressful situation.

Contacted Washington store on 0191 460 3255 and discssed our requiment for kichen stools. We spoke to a lady called JOANNE who gave us the information we needed to place our order almost immediatly. Great experience in Furniture World today,made even better by Ammo,what a nice man can't thank him enough.

We visited the store to look at Parker Knoll chairs but the particular model was not known by the sales advisor. He went to a lot of trouble to try and identify if the chair would be available from Furniture Village but was unsuccessful. Upon looking we found a chair on show that we actually preferred and after some advice from Neil we went on to purchase it. He made us feel at ease and not rushed as my wife and I were accompanied by my 100 year old father who as a retired upholsterer knew the right questions to ask which Neil expertly dealt with. Having never visited a Furniture Village store we will definitely be back.

We went to Gateshead furniture village looking for sofas. Joanne, the assistant helped us to decide and gave us useful information. She didn't push the sale and left us to decide what we wanted.

Richard who served us at the store was really helpful, because we had no furniture to sit on he organised a loan sofa till my suite was delivered thanks Richard, the delivery guys arrived within the time frame, and managed to get the furniture in without to much trouble, they were polite and respectful many thanks

The guy who dealt with us was very helpful cheerful and we had a laugh and made us feel so comfortable did not push us into buying like most people do in a shop. 😜
Which probably helped us make the decision to go ahead with the sale for our beautiful sofa and table.
The guy was always asking us if we wanted refreshments and also involved our daughter which was fun.

My disabled husband and I went to look for an armchair and a sofa and Neil Armstrong was just brilliant in offering advice to us. My husband never thought he wanted an elevate chair but after Neil demonstrated one to him we ended up buying one. Thank you Neil - Omer are delighted with our final purchases.

Joanne was very helpful without being pushy. She was knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and gave us time to make our minds up. She was also friendly and approachable.

Richard Brennan was excellent- his product knowledge was first class and he made us feel very welcome. We bought a lovely table from him and will be sure to recommend him and his company to our friends.

Anja was very helpful friendly and professional. After leaving us to try out the beds, she helped us decide which bed to choose from the 2 options we selected.
