Hi Shirley at Glasgow west done a great service today on selling me the sofa

We knew what we were looking for (a bed base) as we had looked at your website site, so it was just a case of going to the store, the salesman took us to see it, liked it ordered it and paid for it, as of now we are just waiting on a delivery date. A pleasant and friendly visit.

Excellent customer service from staff especially Frances and Victoria, went out their way to help us choose the right furniture for our room with their expertise, thank you!

This was our first time visting Furniture Village and we were pleased with the selection and layout of the store. We took our time looking around and had been asked by Shirley if she could help. We did eventually form a short list and we asked Shirley to price what we might want. Priced a couple of choices and Shirley helped us through our options, showing us fabrics and explaining exactly what was on offer. This valuable guidance put us at ease and we made the decision to purchase two 2 seater sofas with extra aftercover. Shirley was friendly and professional throughout and made the whole process a relaxing experience. She was very ably assisted at certain stages by Aaron who was mentoring her as was a new employee. Both were a pleasure to do business with and are a credit to the company. Many thanks to them both.

I was between 2 suites, the other was another shop and Jay just won me over with his knowledge, advice and friendliness that was the reason I choose Furniture Village, Jay is an asset to the company

Purchasing experience was excellent.
We attended with a specific item in mind, a motorised reclining chair.
We were looking around various stores. Furniture village was second on list. First store had an item we quite liked. We spoke with Frances at Hillington store. She was/is very friendly and informative. Frances showed us a number of chairs but suggested two in particular one of which was perfect fit and very comfortable.
We explained that we had yet another store to visit where we saw a chair that would have suited fine.
However we both felt that Frances worked hardest and offered best quality, not best price. On returning Frances gave a warm welcome and thanked us for choosing Furniture Village. Frances spoke of insurance cover which I normally do not entertain but Frances explained the benefits and equivalent monthly cost, which was £2.50 month. Single premium was £160, every eventually was covered. I said yes.
The choice of colours was wide. Delivery time was as expected.
A very positive 5 star experience.

Ross, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of purchasing our new suite, making recommendation along the way.

The level of service I rate at 5 stars. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to our needs. Time was spent without a rush to make sure I was making the right decision. Would definitely recommend furniture village for quality, service, and honest advice. Delivery service and build up was on time efficient, tidy and quick.

Firstly,excellent shop,the layout is spacious,properly showing off the various items for sale,very well thought out.We needed some advice and I just happened to pick Chris,the young manager of the shop(which I didn't know when I approached him) he immediately came over and spent time with us giving us the advice we needed,very knowledgeable chap.We then spoke with Derek who took us through the purchase we settled on,also smart and knowledgeable.One of the best parts of our experience was the fact that none of the sale staff hound you when you are in the store,turns out that is a key practice in the way the shop operates,bravo for that,overall it felt like an old school shopping experience.We will most definately be back for future purchases.

The store is well laid out. Callum was so helpful and very professional. He answered all our questions without hesitation. And he explained everything thoroughly from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for him
