Nadia was very very helpful and friendly. Very informative and attentive. Answering all my questions and spending time with me. I purchased a lovely sofa and snuggler am looking forward to its arrival in about 10 weeks time.

Fantastic suite and it came in under 8 weeks. Thanks to Tom Flight at the High Wycombe branch for helping us order it during the Black Friday sale. And to our delivery men who were in and out in no time!

Shop was light clean and comfortable, the dining furniture section was easy to find. The sales assistant Tom, was friendly, not pushy, and provided info on the product effectively. Very pleased.

Nail was an absolute pleasure who supported us through our choices and explained everything in a clear and concise manner. It was a pleasant experience.

They gave a time slot of 13.30 to 16.15 but didn't arrive until 17.00.
They seemed to rush through and then the glass top on one of the cabinets was broken.
This is the 2nd of 2 sales from FV that has failed, last time they had to replace a £1400 chare because the install engineers broke an internal clip on the chair back. I won't be returning.

The sales man Omar Mughal made our shopping experience easy. He was patient and focused with what we wanted.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, unlike the Slough branch - which on the two occasions I’ve visited, were downright rude and pushy!
