Gareth was amazing we viewed 7 sofa shops in the end and came back to him as he couldnt have been more helpful!

The sales guy was excellent

Staff very helpful did not feel rushed.

No staff jumping on you as soon as you look at something but was near if needed, explained to me all about the mattress size, price, delivery, very easy to talk to, glad to see a lift.

We are giving lincoln store 5 stars we were welcomed by Philip who put us at ease saying to take our time and he would answer any queries we had , we asked many questions then purchased a set of sofas

Lewis greeted me on arrival, and showed me the range of chairs I needed. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The quality, price and expected delivery time was very good. I'm happy to give this Lincoln store and Lewis 5 stars

Visited the Lincoln store 26/7/26 as our leather corner suite we purchased from Furniture village in 2002 finally needed replacing. Had an idea what I wanted but needed some questions answered. Browsed around and felt really relaxed no pressure at all. A lovely guy asked us if we needed any help and was genuinely keen to help and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for. Once we made a decision the whole service from start to finish was seamless and impressive. Everything was explained and all steps were double checked. The assistant was called Lewis Scott and an absolute asset to the company

This was our third visit to your shop in Lincoln. So many sofas to choose from. We eventually went with the one we chose which was a grey three seater with two mechanical ends for putting feet up and changing headrest. We had a very experienced gentleman who was very pleasant and understood what we required. It was a very relaxing discussion.

I purchased a sofa today 23/07/26. Craig the sales consultant who dealt with my purchase was attentive without being intrusive, he was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. What I would describe as good customer service, which is very important to me. He is an asset to the company. Thank you Craig. 😊

Great service from beginning to end..new mattress ordered and delivered within a week…Two lovely guys Joe and Davy ( I think that was the name on the card 🤦‍♀️)
put the mattress in place took packaging away with them…excellent customer service …..
