The sales rep was fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help but wasn’t pushy at all.

We have been very pleased with the service, the salesman was extremely helpful, attentive, non pushy, really easy to deal with. The communication while we awaited the delivery of our settle was excellent, communication about delivery was great, slight delay after initial delivery date was delayed a few days, but apologetic and communicated well. Received texts and email, updates about delivery time, great link on email to show where delivery vehicle was and count down to delivery arrival. Two guys who arrived with settee were polite, made great job of installing, settee, clean and did a great job. First day with settee has been brilliant so far. Very pleased with service and product to date, thank you ✊

Very disappointed. Buying the table was fine and we had no issues. When it came to the delivery, not happy. I received a call to book the delivery in and I phoned you the day before delivery and was told everything was ok. Received a text the night before to confirm the time slot. I took the day off work to wait for the delivery and at 3.30pm I phoned to see where the delivery was. They said the delivery was never scheduled and they could not find the table or chairs and could not understand why we had received the text. I said I had booked this in with you but you could not explain why this had happened. I lost a days holiday which I not happy about.

Phil was simply fantastic. He did not rush us and gave us great advise. His product knowledge was excellent. Highly recommended.

We were having a look at the bedroom furniture, a young gentleman came across and asked if he could help with anything, we asked him if he could give us a price on a 3 door wardrobe,he came back and told us. He was very nice and helpful and very friendly

I was kept fully informed up to date with my delivery times and dates. The main delivery operative was friendly, informative and explained everything. The furniture arrived undamaged and was put together quickly and efficiently, placing the chair and two sofas in the lounge as per our requirements. All rubbish was taken away. This would have been a 5 star review but unfortunately the team cause quite a big deep scratch in our wooden floor. To their credit this was photographed and logged on their system before leaving and within 30 minutes the company contacted me to inform me that they were organising a repair to the floor to be completed within the following week.

Fabulous service, Lewis in store was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable, he made our selection so much easier. Also, thank you to Simon, Andy and James who were efficient and extremely tidy on delivering our sofa. Would highly recommend.

We dealt with Steve who was chatty and helpful without being too pushy.Figuring best way you'd like to make payments and offering interest free.

This is concerning the delivery people Scott and Pierce. Scott did most of the work inside the house, we could not have had a more efficient and friendly pair. Whilst assembling the furniture they explained how to disassemble if we ever needed to. Scott even helped me move the conservatory furniture back in.

Steve was very helpful , explained all the differences and found us a sofa that suited our needs . 5 stars cheers bud !
