Good service and helpful staff.
I can’t comment on the sofa I bought or the delivery service, as I only ordered it yesterday, but the salesperson Mo was helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, my experience instore was positive, with no high pressure sales techniques.

Moving house
Moving house, a new build with a completion date of 12th June. Today we visited the Furniture Village to purchase our suite of furniture and a double and a King sized bed. The salesman (Terry) was very good, extremely patient, expert and guided us through our purchases. We were very pleased with our purchases and delivery was arranged around our house move. Top class experience
Easy process in the shop, very experienced and kind sales representative who seemed to genuinely care about more than selling - helped show me around the product, recommend where I sought advice, was honest and transparent throughout. Got a phone call to arrange delivery from a professional lady, and the delivery time was quick, and the guys who delivered were also nice, and professional, the product itself looks fantastic and adds a lot of character to the kitchen / dining area.
