Helen helped us decide on the right dinning furniture for us.

David, from the Norwich Furniture Village store, was knowledgeable and took his time to explain about the sofa I was interested in. Along with the varying layouts and fabric finushes available. David showed me around the store to show other sofas in similar fabrics so I could make an informed decision on the fabric that would suit me most. I made my decision and he even gave me a sample of the fabric and colour so I could check colour options in a nearby carpet store so I could make the correct choice! I cannot recommend David enough with his patience and professionalism.

Popped in today and bought a sofa, was handled by the lovely Helen who looked after us and explained everything clearly. Also got a bargain on a coffee table!

From sale to delivery, treated like a 1st class customer!
Chris Brown the salesman at Norwich store was great and the delivery guys Richard and Andy were professional and courteous, they put our old sofa on the driveway and even had to take it apart to get it out! So top class.
Our new G plan recliner is brilliant and the aftercare is top notch.

Good range of quality furniture options to choose from. We were after a sofa on this occasion and found two we really liked but struggled to make a final decision. The sales team were not pushy at all and left us to it, only approaching to see how we were getting on when we wanted them to. The sales manager that looked after us clearly knew his stuff, and was very helpful without being intrusive. Not the cheapest store - we ended up buying a rather more expensive sofa that we’d initially planned to - but you really do get what you pay for and we are very happy with the sofa we chose.
We did decide to buy the extended warranty as we chose a powered unit, but there was no hard sell for this, and as the £120 delivery fee was waived and some casters for the feet thrown in, this turned out to be a reasonable deal. I have bought from furniture village before, and would certainly do so again, and am happy to recommend them.

Able to get everything I needed in one place, and all at good prices. Sales assistants were very helpful, not pushy, and gave plenty of space when needed. Austin in particular was great, very informative and helpful, and ended up helping us arrange everything needed.

Went to the Sprowston store, met Dan Waters explained what we were looking for. After trying various sofas we found exactly what we wanted. The staff were friendly & informative.

Chris was a nice salesman, he was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to show us our options...even moved around furniture so we could see things the way we wanted! I picked something quickly and was happy with my purchase, my only concern was that although the sales lady went through the purchase, my attention wasn’t drawn to the £120 delivery fee and I had to question my charges before I left the store. Personally, I think £120 for delivery is way too much, which is probably why it was glossed over.
