Excellent service. Quick and efficient.

We got exactly what we were looking for and staff (mo) was really helpful and an all round top man

served by Dan Waters, very friendly, extremely patient and 100% professional. I would highly recommend Furniture Village (Norwich)and wouldn't hesitate to used them again.

We were so happy with the service. The young man who served us was lovely. He gave us all the information we needed in choosing a mattress. Thank you.

Chris was a nice salesman, he was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to show us our options...even moved around furniture so we could see things the way we wanted! The process was easy and quick once we had decided what we were going for, hopefully delivery times won't be too long. Looking forward to getting our lovely new dining table and chairs!!!!

I picked something quickly and was happy with my purchase, my only concern was that although the sales lady went through the purchase, my attention wasn’t drawn to the £120 delivery fee and I had to question my charges before I left the store. Personally, I think £120 for delivery is way too much, which is probably why it was glossed over.

We were approached by a member of staff as we entered, we were asked if we wanted anything specific, which we did, which saved us some time, was seen straight away by Chris, saw the item we would purchase within minutes so very happy with both the item we purchased and the service we received.

Straight to the point if our visit, we knew exactly what we wanted and were taken to a pay point to order and pay for the goods. Too much meaningless interaction in other shops on same day.

We look around and ask for advice which you were given and the gentleman was very helpful gave us a lot of time and you had exactly what we wanted

I've just Bought a new Bed,base & Headboard. I feel I have to point out the exceptionally customer service me and my wife received from a young sales person today. I'm disabled and extremely ill and would recommend any body that wants good old fashioned customer service to shop here. VERY HAPPY

She was pleasant and left me with the impression that she was diligent and intent on providing very good customer service.

Found what we wanted at a good price. Haven’t had it delivered yet so can’t rate that- staff very nice not too pushy and approachable- Austin was his name.
