Nick was very professional & very understanding with our Autistic Daughters needs.

Nick was amazing, so professional, knew his stuff and very welcoming without being pushy. Took time to listen to us and made suggestions where needed. Was very helpful in loaning us the swatch to go to the nearby carpet shop, which was a great help. Best sales person we've met in a very long time. Thank you, can wait for our new corner sofa.

I have been to furniture village in the past as well but today i would like to shout out to Jatin for his impeccable mannerisms when dealing with his customers. The smiling face, the belief that he has got your back, the explainations when needed. I ended up buying a sofa set and a coffee table (which i didnt plan to when going into the shop) but now that i look back, i can say that this is what a good customer service can do.

Superb, patient and explained everything

The lady that dealt with us was so helpful and explained all about the sofas,the fabric and colours,how long we had to wait for delivery all charges including the insurance and fabric care.

We were really pleased by the welcome of the team at Castle Marina retail park. We went on to purchase a Genius sofa set with the help of Jatin Tanna who was helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience at Furniture Village thanks to Nick. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while we were choosing our new sofa and chair.

Very helpful and friendly not pushy with the sales but answered all our questions

We went into the Nottingham branch this morning to try and find a couple of new sofas, we were looked after by Stewart Jordan, he made the whole experience very easy and was not in any way pushy with us, which we really appreciated.

Fantastic service in store. Even staff who we were not dealing with greeted us and made a family business type of feel.

Delivery time was not the best. The item was sat in the warehouse for over a week and I only obtained a delivery date when I emailed (unable to talk on the phone to FV), and even then I had to wait a week.

The delivery team were polite and helpful.

Overall, apart from the wait, a good experience.
