Matt was excellent! Made the process very easy.

Not 'pushey' and very knowledgeable.

The sales assistant Graham Roberts was very imformative and helpful. We needed a sofa that was available as soon as possible. He showed us the range of sofa's and he explained what colours and material they were in. He was very nice and let us have the time to have a look around.

Mr Roberts was very pleasant and not pushy which I appreciate. Quick and painless experience. Everything explained clearly. I would definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely outstanding experience at Furniture Village!

From the moment i walked in, the service was exceptional. Our sales consultant, Fiona Jay, was simply amazing! She made the whole experience feel so personal, welcoming and enjoyable. From the lovely touch of offering us coffee and warm cookies to her sensational product knowledge, Fiona went above and beyond to make me feel valued and completely at ease.

What really stood out was that there was absolutely no hard sell or pressure whatsoever. Fiona took the time to understand what we wanted, answered all our questions brilliantly and made choosing our new sofa an absolute pleasure. It’s so refreshing to receive such genuine, attentive customer service.

The manager was equally exceptional, kindly helping me carry an item out to the car. These little touches make such a difference and show what a fantastic team they have.

Furniture Village, you have certainly got it right! Fiona is a real credit to your company, and the manager deserves recognition too for such outstanding customer care.

We can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive and are already so excited! 🛋️

Amazing service

At the Peterborough branch of Furniture Village Graham Roberts was extremely helpful at narrowing down what was suitable for our room with his mental knowledge of the company's stock saving us ages wandering around. He could also suggest companion pieces. Apart from that he came across as really pleasant helpful chap, not just a sales person. Thankyou Graham.

Welcoming store, modern items, and great deals available. Had everything I was looking for, plus a warm welcome by store staff who offered drinks, cookies, and help at every stage. Purchased two bed and mattress bundles. Adrian and the store manager were both very helpful.

Had exactly what we was looking for

Sales staff made you feel at ease whilst browsing, even offered a hot drink which is unusual. Very well laid oug floor space, Everything was explained in detail regarding any sales paperwork to save hunting through documents. They helped in making the right choice for us after being told what we were looking for.
Unfortunately they do not remove or take away any goods being replaced which took me aback, at least they told me so I can make alternative arrangements.

Popped out for a coffee and ended up buying a table and chairs! Graham (Roberts) was super helpful, happy to leave us to chat and then come back and answer some more questions we had. He was able to mix things up and give us the combination we wanted for our table and chairs. Lovely customer service.

A fantastic shopping experience at Furniture Village!

We were greeted by Kwok, who was friendly, professional and generous with his time. He showed us the options available and offered helpful advice as we made our choices.

We felt welcome and were even treated to hot chocolate and cookies! The whole team chatted with us and brought plenty of humour, making it such an enjoyable visit. A great bunch of people.

We also bagged a fabulous deal, all thanks to Kwok, and we can’t wait for our beautiful furniture to be delivered.
