Great service from the first time walking into the showroom through to placing our order.
Initially when in the showroom, went through various options, in a few different ranges, before deciding on a particular range. Picked the colour we wanted and a quote was prepared for us covering various sized sofas so we could check sizes before ordering. Once we had made our final choice order was quickly placed over the phone. Everyone we dealt with was great, extremely knowledgeable about the products and all the possible alternatives we may want to consider.

We purchased a power reclining set from the Peterborough store. We were very impressed with the welcome and no pressure sales and the depth of knowledge of the products. The purchasing process and delivery time was well explained as was the extra care package. We even had a drink and a cookie.

Adrian certainly showed The Village difference to us.

We visited the store and was helped by Graham Roberts. His friendly manner, calm approach and expert advice was spot on. Most importantly to us, there was no heavy sales tactics, which massively puts us off. There was no pressure and we made sure to purchase the corner sofa by calling him a few days later once we had checked around and looked at other options.
Looking forward to taking delivery in the near future!

My elderly mum was shopping for a bed and Fiona made the whole experience stressfree. She was very patient and explained everything to my mum who has short-term memory loss. Fiona is a credit to your company and we would definitely shop there again if we needed more furniture.

We have recently ordered some new furniture from Furniture Village in Peterborough. The whole experience so far has been excellent. The whole of the team in this shop work together although we mainly dealt with Fiona and Arran.
The staff are friendly and approachable and at no time did we feel rushed to make a decision, or any hard pressure tactics to make you feel obliged to buy.
We had been looking for new furniture for a while and were having trouble deciding on what worked best for us. Fiona patiently led us round furniture that she felt may work with our needs. She was confident in her knowledge base and answered all questions without any “oh I’ll ask” or a waffle answer that didn’t really answer the question. I was even able to try one of the sofas laid out how I would at home … shoes off of course.!!
In comparison to other furniture stores we looked at, and including those on this same retail park, we were drawn back to this store because of the whole team feeling in this store.
All in all so far it has been worth the full stars given.

Graham at the Peterborough store advised us on the types of mattress available and bed / headboard combinations available. His knowledge made buying from Furniture Village our preferred choice.

Today I had a brilliant experience at Furniture Village. I was helped by Stephen Allger, who knew the answers to all my questions, even some that I had not asked! As a result, I bought my table and chairs and I look forward to receiving them. Thank you Stephen. Unfortunately, my great experience nearly didn't happen. A visit to the store a month ago was a very different experience. When I sought information, I was told by an unhelpful assistant, twice, that there were leaflets on the table. I felt rather like a stupid child and returned today with some trepidation. But I'm so glad I did.

The man we saw was helpful informative and just a genuinely nice guy.

i was only going to browse but found some furniture i liked . the assistant came over and was very helpful,knew a lot about the items and i ended up buying a few items of furniture for my livivg room .the prices were good .looking forward to setting it all up .well done furniture village.
