Tito was brilliant! Really nice guy helped us find the right sofa and got us all sorted without any hassle. Top bloke and genuinely great service which is rare nowadays. I dont usually bother leaving reviews but had to make an exception for him. Really happy with everything.

The service was outstanding! Both Yemi and other members of staff were very helpful, polite and efficient.

All staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Was dreading looking for new furniture …. found something we both liked and agreed on. Dealt with 2 salesmen …. both of which were very friendly, worked closely together. Completed our purchase in record time and we left! Thank you

Ordered and paid in full for a new sofa in March 2026 it was Delivered in May and in less than 4 months had to report an issue of wear and seams splitting. They sent out an independent company that repaired the seams and stitching issues. But within days it had failed again. Contacted them again and had to wait over a month for the independent company to come out again. This time though we told them we didn't want it repaired again it was already a mess we wanted our money back because the overall condition of the fabrick was terrible. You could hardly make out the pattern anymore. Emailing them constantly and getting silly calls that shut off after one ring. Terrible service we have had leather sofas from them before with no issue. Company did not tell us this material is subject to bobbling as who would want it. Would like to have attached photos so you make up your own mind if you feel this is acceptable. Waiting still for furniture village to respond next step I will see if my bank can get our money back.

The young man who showed me your range of chairs in your Reading store was very helpful but when I came to place an order I was told that someone else needed to take my order. After I had waited 20 minutes I asked if someone else could take my order. I was told that because of the way your commission system worked I had to wait. It appears that earning commission is more important than customer service.
At the end of a very long and protracted process I then discovered that the chair I wanted didn't come in leather although I had been told that it did. I did in the end order a chair.
I then asked to use the customer toilet. I am sorry to say that it was filthy and to top it all there was no toilet paper.
Needless to say I won't be coming back.

Delivery from Jobie and Kalman was punctual, swift and efficient. They were polite and cleaned up all the packaging. We were very happy with their service.
