Really helpful and friendly service from Tito Price, who was kind and attentive and happy to let me take my time in making up my mind which chair to buy. Everything was explained clearly. The store has a friendly atmosphere, and the staff work well together as a team.

Had great customer service from Billy. Excellent communication and resolved our issue efficiently.

The salesman was great, offered a fab deal to us. His explanation of the best cover and product for our busy house was good too. Obviously be interested how good the aftersales are as we have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for our new furniture

We visited Furniture Village Reading on July 13th. Had a very good shopping experience and bought two Hudson sofas, one static and the other reclining. Signed and paid in full. When we left the shop the good service stayed behind. We were given an estimated delivery of 7 to 9 weeks. Great excitement when we received an email indicatimg an early delivery, however two days later received a call telling us no delivery as our order was not received with the consignment. But we're told they would investigate and get back to us. No call just silence, so called the shop to find out what was happening,spoke to the original salesperson who said that she would find out and give us a call on the expected delivery date.That date has now passed without any call, then checked on track my order, all that was there was that the order has been delayed by an expected two weeks, no reason or explanation. Called the shop recorded message told me the staff was too busy attending to customers and to leave name number and detailed message and someone will contact me. No call just silence. Poor after sales service. Do not pay upfront for your order unless the goods are in stock.

We were given a good tour, professional explanations, and help with our choices. Made a decision straight away. Happy with the experience.

We were served by Jimmy Carey who was very good as offering the options about dining table. We made a decision to buy a round dining table. Very impressed with service and Jimmy's super service. Cant wait to get table delivered.

The experience in the shop was very good, the salesman was attentive and very professional we were told the delivery would be about 6 weeks which was perfect as we have a family gathering just after that date, unfortunately we received a confirmation email later that evening saying,
Estimated Delivery
13 Nov 2026 - 20 Nov 2026 Which is about 10-12 weeks. Very disappointing

We visited Reading store Mark Lovegrove was friendly helpful and answered all our questions and explained everything making it a brilliant experience.We have purchased furniture for lounge dining room and bedroom for our new home which we can’t wait to take delivery of and once moved in we will be back for more

Great experience both in store and the delivery was very professional, I was actually taken aback!

Really great prices for superior furniture.
Lots of options available in a huge variety of coverings.
We we warmly greeted on entering the shop and once my requirements were know, we were directed to the areas in the showroom that met the requirements. We were allowed to wander around trying settees and when we kept coming back to the best one, we were then talked through all the options available, which were many. Choice made, the purchase was so easy and we chatted with the staff member whilst completing the paperwork.
Another good point is that to make access easy, the settee comes in pieces and will be taken to room and assembled for us and all the packaging removed.
So far we cannot fault any of the whole experience. Totally recommend this store.

Good attentive service not overbearing

Amazing service from Yemurai at furniture village reading. A great asset to the company. Yemu was extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect sofa with the quickest turnaround time. Nothing was too much trouble for her. A great quality sofa and the delivery guys were absolute gems.

Valentino looked after all our request and was excellent at customer service. Nothing was to much trouble. As a result we pitched 6k with of furniture
