From when we arrived in the shop we were met by a friendly member of staff, Mark Lovegrove enquiring what we were looking for and listened to our requirements. He pointed us in the right direction giving us information and options without being pushy. We were left to look around in a relaxed store without pressure but knew Mark was on hand to answer any questions, which we had many. I'm pleased to say we managed to purchase all the items we went in for at reasonable prices.

Great experience at Furniture Village Reading. As soon as we walked in, Jimmy acknowledged us and showed us a number of options we were looking for. He gave us time to browse in our own and came back checking in with us. Really can’t fault his service. Highly recommended.

We were kept informed of the delivery time and the delivery drivers, Reef and Gomes were punctual, friendly, respectful and efficient.

We were kept informed of the progress of our delivery and despite a manufacturing delay ever went well. On the day of delivery drivers Ricky and Paul were very efficient and tidy, with the sofa being brought in and set up in no time. The only downside was that we did not receive a cleaning kit as promised but overall would recommend Furniture Village.

Steve made choosing a new mattress very easy for us. He was very knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction even recommending new more appropriate pillows. We spent more than we hoped but feel that we will be glad we did to get the right product.
