Arran and alan were amazing today when they assembled the furniture. Would recommend them to anyone. Very professional.

We were kept informed all the way .
Stuart+ Ryan were very respectful of the house and removed shoes .
They took the packages off and put the feet on the sofa, placed it where we wanted it . So pleased with the service .

Brandon & Matt - delivery service - as good as it gets

Delivery should have been on Saturday but was cancelled as the sofas wouldn’t fit on the lorry. Wendy (Customer Service) was very apologetic and helpful and the sofas arrived early Monday morning. Ash D and Tom (Delivery Team) were excellent- the sofas were all set up ready to go with no fuss and they answered all our queries.
Would have been 5 stars if the correct day, otherwise faultless

I bought a bed about 15 years ago from furniture village and it’s still going strong. This time we were on the hunt for a sofa as we were selling our DFS one due to it being uncomfortable. Extremely happy with the new sofa and the 2 lads that delivered it Andy and Lee were an absolute pleasure. Not only am I happy with the sofa, the service from start to finish was fantastic.

I ordered a big sofa in a flat with no lift, 5 years ago i had a nightmare with the company an delivery of my old sofa so i dreaded today! Andy an lee came, done a walk round-were extremely professional and positive(especially on a hot day) sofa was in an assembled in no time- these guys are fantastic ab should br recognised for there representation of the company 5⭐️

The delivery staff, Andy & Lee provided an excellent service. They informed us when they were 20minutes away. Fully explained operation of chairs and electrics. Very tidy workers, no mess left behind. Very polite staff.
Overall exceptionally satisfied with all Furniture Village staff from start to finish, also Clearabee were excellent in removing the old settee, the day before delivery. Would definitely recommend Furniture Village to anyone else.

The guys were great, very professional and friendly. Very pleased with our new sofas and the service we received.

Stuart and Ryan came to deliver a replace 4ft 6in divan bed today. They had to take the damaged one downstairs in two parts and bring the new ones upstairs again. They were so careful not to damage the decor and didn’t rush the job. The headboard was secured back to the new bed and the mattress put back in place. All securing straps were removed from the delivery process too and packaging taken away. They were such friendly and helpful guys, a credit to the company.

Both Arran and Alan were professional efficient and brilliant! The set up but streamline and whilst they rooms weren't ready they waited patiently. Thank you guys! Much appreciated
P.S. The beds look fantastic!

Although the mattress took longer than the stated two weeks, the process was smooth. Communication was ok. Delivery was excellent. Stuart and Ryan were considerate and respectful and made sure they protected household items as they put the mattress in place. They did an excellent job. Big thank you to the best delivery team .

I got a call from the team (Richard and Adam) that they would arrive on about 45 minutes' time, they arrived bang on time and had the table we ordered set up in no time. They talked me through extending the table and were very respectful of the property.

Ash and Pete were very kindful while delivering our sofa.

Great experience from start to finish. Staff in the shop were very helpful but without being pushy. The perfect level of customer service. Azzdean was against the clock to get everything ordered and set up for us because we had to leave for the school run! He did a fantastic job.
Our sofa was delivered much quicker than we thought it would be and the process of arranging the delivery was very smooth.
On the day of delivery we received an email giving us a time frame and then a call 15-30 mins before delivery time letting us know they were on their way.
The delivery team, Richard and Adam were brilliant. They got the sofa in and set up for us and were professional and friendly. They talked us through the technical side of things and after care. Fantastic experience and highly recommend Cambridge Furniture Village and the delivery team. Thank you very much.
