Great experience from start to finish. Staff in the shop were very helpful but without being pushy. The perfect level of customer service. Azzdean was against the clock to get everything ordered and set up for us because we had to leave for the school run! He did a fantastic job.
Our sofa was delivered much quicker than we thought it would be and the process of arranging the delivery was very smooth.
On the day of delivery we received an email giving us a time frame and then a call 15-30 mins before delivery time letting us know they were on their way.
The delivery team, Richard and Adam were brilliant. They got the sofa in and set up for us and were professional and friendly. They talked us through the technical side of things and after care. Fantastic experience and highly recommend Cambridge Furniture Village and the delivery team. Thank you very much.

The 2 delivery guys were polite, helpful and very thorough when they delivered my order. They also without any hesitation, fixed a loose chair leg from a previous delivery. Thank you Ash T and Tom

Richard and Adam were very efficient with the delivery - called to say they would be earlier than originally stated. Very obliging, moving the delivery vehicle to enable a neighbour in her car to pass. Very professional in their whole approach. Finally, we are delighted with the chair.
