We had a complaint regarding a table that we had bought many months ago. When I contacted FV’s Customer Services they were very efficient and helpful. The table has now been replaced and the whole process worked extremely well - such a relief! Evie and everyone who I have been in contact with have been great to talk to - so nice to get a personal service! The delivery drivers were also very pleasant. A big thanks to all!

It was simple, got an email 5 days before and on the day Ben and Adam gave me a call 15 minutes before delivering the couch. I had made enough room for them to put the sofa together which they did in a very short time. Less than 40 mins.

The home delivery specialist Arran and Alan were very helpful and welcoming with fitting the sofa in our home. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to get a sofa for their property and is needing it fitted in their home.
