Despite being annoyed that we were not advised of the time the delivery was arriving, Arran and Alan delivered chairs and assembled our new table efficiently at 7.30am!

So impressed with Kurtiss and Slim, who were so polite and worked quickly to get the bed up two flights of stairs and assembled, even getting the large headboard round a tricky staircase. And the bed is amazing, thank you!

Excellent service received today from Richard and Martin. They arrived in time, assembled our chairs on the lorry and placed them in the room we wanted them. They explained the care and maintenance and left us the assembly instructions should we ever need them.

I received a home delivery of a large sofa. Arran and Alan were very professional and courteous and fast. There was a small bit of damage to one of the footings which they noticed as they unpacked it and reported it straight away. Prior to delivery I was kept up to date with accurate delivery times. The demonstrated the features of the sofa before leaving.

Ben & Adam delivered our new sofas and were courteous, careful and respectful of our home. They couldn’t have been better, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wow Dean and Slim were absolutely amazing as we had trouble last time as our sofa wouldn’t fit through the front door, we found another route and they both were so helpful getting it in and set up.

The delivery men, Stuart & Ryan, were extremely professional in everything they did.
From taking off there shoes before entering my flat, to bringing the furniture up by stairs to the assembly of the settee. Quick and slick. Took pictures of the finished article, took away all the wrapping and were very curious.

Furniture Village had the exact settee we wanted. The purchase so quick and efficient and price reasonable.
A date for delivery arranged and we received a 3 hour time frame, this was updated on the day to a 20 minute slot and the van arrived ontime.
The 2 man crew were fast and efficient. We were given paperwork, the operation demonstrated and asked for any questions. The packaging removed and they left leaving no mess.

1 minor concern overall is that we didn’t get the scheduling email until 6:20am on that day of the appointment. It would have been better if your system was set up to deliver that notification the night before.
