Brilliant service from Nabeel and Adii. They communicated very well, arrived when they said , and put together two sofas quickly and professionally, taking all the protective wrapping away with them. Anyone who has these two people delivering will be very lucky.

From when I walked into the store to the delivery, everything was excellent. I was left to walk the store and ask questions when I needed to. I didn't feel pressurised but the member of staff was very informative. The delivery boys, Rob and David were awesome. So polite, efficient and very professional. I would be more than happy to shop at Furniture Land again and recommend them to friends and family.

Ant and Neil were fantastic with the delivery of the bed. So much patience and friendliness too.. to make the process smoother. Furniture village is great customer service to as we had Amil New Malden store patiently addressing any concerns and helping us to make the right choices without being forceful.

Delivery went as well as expected. The 2 guys worked hard to get all the furniture in and built what needed to be built. Polite and friendly. Took the rubbish away and put protective cover over flooring. Very pleased. Thank you

I had delivery of a chair, 2 seater sofa and corner sofa today. Pete & Geoff were fantastic, very polite, helpful and respectful of our property. I received a text message informing me of the delivery time slot and also had a phone call confirming ETA. They arrived on time, put all of the furniture together and took away any packaging. My furniture is of excellent quality, I am very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be ordering from Furniture Village again.

Delivery was fabulous. Kept fully informed of Delivery date and contacted both the day before and when within half hour before arrival. Pete and Geoff were friendly, courteous and took time to plan their route and ensure no damage to mattress or home fittings would occur. Very professional and excellent service. Many thanks.
