Mehtab and Paddy did an excellent job of dropping off the matress. Laid down protective matting checked everything before leaving

The 2 delivery guys Joe & Sancho were very polite & respectful of my house etc. Information for time of delivery was amazing so on time. Unfortunately my third table top was still faulty but Joe took pictures, phoned the depot & customer services to report the same problem again.(Nothing to do with the delivery itself)

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Angela Benden, Hannah Whittaker, Sebastian and Mike for the excellent service we received from Furniture Village.

From arranging the delivery through to our beautiful new sofas arriving, the level of customer service has been exceptional.

A special thank you to Hannah for taking the time to listen to my concerns about the measurements of our front door and whether the sofa would fit through. Hannah went through the measurements with me and provided that extra reassurance that there would be enough room — and you were absolutely right! Sebastian and Mike had no problems at all getting the sofa in.

I am also extremely grateful for the understanding and help when I had to reschedule our delivery at the last minute due to an urgent hospital appointment. It was already a stressful situation, and having the delivery rearranged so easily really did make things less stressful for me. Thank you.

Sebastian and Mike were two of the nicest and most professional delivery men I have met. They were friendly, polite, extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything. I was genuinely so impressed with them both. They are a real credit to Furniture Village and deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide.

And finally — the sofas are absolutely stunning! We are so happy with them and couldn’t be more pleased with our choice.

I was so impressed with the whole experience that I called Customer Fulfilment afterwards specifically to say how happy I was with the service we had received. I think it is really important to recognise people when they provide such excellent customer service.

It was really easy to order online and delivery was very quick. We went to collect the table but wouldn't fit in our vehicle. The Manager in the warehouse (Greg)was very helpful and arranged for it to be delivered the following week. The 2 delivery guys Geoff and Pete were very informative with delivery time and very professional when they arrived.

Lovely service received from store to delivery. Andy was very helpful in store when I placed my order. Very happy with my sofa, it's beautiful and comfortable. The delivery from Rob and David was fab. Great delivery slot, friendly and helpful. They unwrapped the sofa, put it together and took away all the rubbish. Thank you!!

Sancho and Joe delivered our two seater recliner sofa and we were very impressed with the service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly and tidily during the delivery and installation. The sofa is exactly as we expected. Now we just need to wait for our chairs to arrive...!

Brilliant service from Nabeel and Adii. They communicated very well, arrived when they said , and put together two sofas quickly and professionally, taking all the protective wrapping away with them. Anyone who has these two people delivering will be very lucky.

From when I walked into the store to the delivery, everything was excellent. I was left to walk the store and ask questions when I needed to. I didn't feel pressurised but the member of staff was very informative. The delivery boys, Rob and David were awesome. So polite, efficient and very professional. I would be more than happy to shop at Furniture Land again and recommend them to friends and family.

Ant and Neil were fantastic with the delivery of the bed. So much patience and friendliness too.. to make the process smoother. Furniture village is great customer service to as we had Amil New Malden store patiently addressing any concerns and helping us to make the right choices without being forceful.
