Absolutely fabulous team of Joe & Sancho who delivered our new mattress. So professional, polite and friendly and took care of the mattress and our property when delivering it upstairs. Super helpful.

We were offered friendly and professional advice by Craig in your Cheltenham store. You readily agreed to delay delivery to suit us. Rob and David unloaded and assembled our furniture carefully and to our satisfaction. We pointed out one small flaw in the material of one of the sofas to Rob. He told us we had 72 hrs to lodge a complaint.

We experienced a wonderful service by Mehtab and Paddy. They were both very helpful and extremely friendly.

The overall experience was great from James in the store to the two delivery guys who built the sofas Kyle and Sean, represented Furniture Village to a very high standard and would highly recommend.
