Did a great job delivering and installing bed. Very tidy and quick. Excellent job.

All the staff we dealt with (only have names for Alex & Marley) were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great experience from start to finish. Lovely salesperson in Solihull store. Helpul and informative and ensured we looked at all the options. Delivery was well communicated, we were able to track the driver and we were notified before arrival. Cam and Carl were great,friendly and polite. They eplained what was happening and took all the packaging away with them. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you.

Simon & Hercules were excellent,
they unpacked and set the sofa up, they took all the packing and cardboard packing away with them. Fast service. Very happy. Shop staff when I bought the sofa were very good too. Excellent service.

The 2 delivery men, Alex and Connor, were great. Because we had ordered several items, they were there for a long time and did a good job. There was a slight fault to one chair and they took a photo and reported it back as promised.

From browsing to ordering to delivery everything was excellent. Elvis and Brandon of the delivery team did a sterling job in appalling weather, even taking all the packaging away.

Carefull delivery drivers bit tight for a large corner unit had to negotiate through 3 doors many thanks.

Charlie and Mark delivered the Suite and were amazing in the care which they did so, treating it as if it was theirs advising us on what was best. They were a credit to Furniture Village whose customer care is exceptional from start and as we know, finish.

Goods ready before the arranged delivery date, old furniture collected as arranged, communication and goods tracking was spot on. Delivery was painless, Danny and Simon did a fantastic job assembling our furniture, they explained how to operate and care for the furniture
and left leaving the place spotless
