My sofa was delivered on time and exactly as had been described, I got a text with a time window and then a call when the team was on the way. Paul and Tom were friendly, professional and made it look easy, taking care not to damage anything on the way in. I wondered how they would manage it with some difficult corners in my house but no problems at all and much quicker than I expected! Thanks very much.

The two guys Mark and Rob turned up on time. Were very friendly and helpful. They took every effort to protect our new carpets and not scuff walls. Very good indeed.

Whilst Kev & Alex delivered my furniture efficiently and on time, they put the cartons on my neighbour's driveway despite me telling one of them to move them, they ignored my advice and consequently upset him when he came home in his car and had to leave it on the road. They still didn't move the cartons until after he had driven off. Leaving me with a disgruntled neighbour.

Booking an order was a little problematic as no one seemed to be around. In the end I placed my order with an Admin person who was brilliant. Trying to contact Furniture Village has been difficult.

Delivery was by Simon and Andy were very polite and professional and got on with the job at hand. Answered any questions asked and provided information.

From the exceptional help in the showroom in Tamworth from Matt, to the superb delivery service from Kev and Alex - including setup and disposal of packaging - Furniture Village have been incredible. The quality of the benches for my new kitchen diner is the best around for the price. Highly recommended.

Our order was done online on 29th July and delivered today 13th August.

Two lovely gentlemen Paul & Tomas arrived today within the stated delivery window. Paul called ahead to warn us of his pending arrival. Both guys were friendly, respectful of not damaging the new furniture and respectul of our home. They took time and care to assemble some of the furniture and placed the items where we asked. The delivery appears to be a Furniture Village in house affair and not subcontracted to possibly less caring contractors. Thank you guys for a successful experience 😀👍🏻

James and Allan were very efficient, very helpful and also very friendly. It was a great service

Stewart and Dan were fantastic! They were efficient, careful, respectful and helpful. They covered our floors to protect them and apologised for bits of polystyrene packaging on the floor. They gave us tips on taking care of the furniture too. Great service!!
