Paul and Tom were very friendly, helpful and efficient! They arrived in great time with excellent communication and got my chair into my upstairs room with no issues at all. Wonderful service and very much appreciated!

The delivery service was great and both lads dan and Dan was very polite and caring made a marvellous job. In the shop itself the staff was so efficient.

Hercules and Kev contacted me 20 mins before arrival, they were friendly and corteous, the bed was assembled well amd no mess left behind.

We ordered a bed from the showroom, Fosse Park, Leicester. Sales staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Delivery service was excellent, the guys kept in touch re time of delivery. Very professional, put the bed up exactly where we asked, cleared all the packaging away, thank you Stewart and Alan, great job.

The delivery men helpfully called ahead to notify me of their arrival time. On arrival they were friendly and offered to construct my furniture, this was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. I should also add that the sales staff in the Lincoln store are also very helpful and friendly.

Kept up to date on delivery day. Suite was made and delivered before estimated date. Simon and Andy delivered and assembled sofas, expertly and efficiently. They were both friendly and approachable. They explained various parts whilst assembling and explained operation of electric recliners They removed all packaging and left room tidy and clean. A very nice experience. Will definitely be recommending Furniture Village. 5* service from sales room to delivery.

Had 2 items of furniture delivered today. Drivers were Paul and Tomas. Very friendly and professional. Took bret care of my property by using protective sheets to cover my floor before removing the old furniture and then bringing my new furniture in. Assembled a quickly and ask me to check over to make sure I was happy. A true professional service.

Great from start to finish. Clear communication and accurate timings. Very pleasant delivery drivers.

The sofa itself and delivery team are great however when buying the sofa the sales agent struggled to get the order to go through the system at the price we agreed. As a result she promised to issue a £50 refund against the deposit paid once the finance had gone through. Despite promising to do so on tbe phone this has not happened, I’ve since called twice (they never answer the phone) left two voicemails and not had a call back so will likely have to deal with via Amex as a chargeback which is really disappointing especially as the sofa is great
