Simon and Andy were very helpful and respectful of my property bringing in the new sofa. They unpacked and assembled it, taking all the rubbish away carefully. They were good natured and kind. The whole process with furniture village store in Exeter and the delivery has been really stress free and great prices in the summer sale. Thank you.

A huge thank you to the two delivery drivers, both called James, for providing such an outstanding service. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, polite, and incredibly professional.

They collected our old sofa and delivered the new one with great care, taking every precaution to protect our home and making sure the sofa was positioned exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked efficiently while still paying attention to every detail.

It’s rare to come across delivery teams that genuinely care about providing such a great customer experience. Both Jameses are a real credit to Furniture Village. Five-star service from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joe and Danny were excellent. They arrived smack on time, surveyed the route to the bedroom and cracked on with the job with no further fuss. They removed the packaging and made sure they had left no marks anywhere on the stairs. First class service from ordering to delivery, I would recommend Furniture Village to anyone and appreciated the complete experience of purchase.
