They kept us informed all the way. Before the day of delivery they confirmed everything and gave us a 3 hour slot and as promised on the day they gave us a 30 minutes warning. The guys were very pleasant and efficient and left no mess. Thank you!

Furniture delivery was on time in the stated delivery window. Tomas/Rob called ahead of arrival. They were friendly and helpful and the delivery was completed quickly and efficiently. Great service.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Ordering online was so easy. Fabric samples arrived within a couple of days. Order was placed the next day and sofa arrived 12wks later! Delivery guys (James and James) were very professional, polite and took care assembling the sofa. This is the second sofa I’ve had from Furniture Village- my last was bought in 2002 and still had plenty of life/wear in it when we downsized to the new one. 100% recommend this retailer and the delivery crew. Very happy customer!
