Visiting our local Furniture Village store was a relaxed, welcoming experience, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with no pressure to sell. Delivery was prompt and the delivery team - Kev and Stewart were brilliant, they set up my furniture beautifully. They were very efficient and gave detailed instructions on care for my new furniture. Excellent service. Will definitely be returning to Furniture Village for more furniture

Driver contacted us to give exact time of delivery. Men were polite and very respectful of our property. Took the mattress into the bedroom, unpacked it and left a leaflet about care instructions.
