Super fast delivery, very friendly service and very helpful staff.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff from start to finish. The whole process was almost a pleasure - (it’s shopping and I’m a bloke) - from initially visiting the Nottingham store, communication with the warehouse/depot regarding delivery dates and finally Chris & Mark who delivered and built the Ottoman Bed and removed all packaging. They also wore quality overshoes to protect carpets and flooring during their visit.
Overall a very positive experience, we will certainly use them again and would have no issues recommending this company to others.

I gave a 4* for the reasons below: The sales guy Dave was brilliant along with Paul and Tom who both were very respectful of our home whilst delivering and building our order.
The area which let's the company down and I feel need attention is the customer service which would get 1*. Promises broken to getting back in touch, losing the order, bearing in mind the bed, table and chairs were ordered in January to be delivered in June, when our house was ready. I could go on but I won't.

I had never seen the sofa b4 as my partner bought it whilst on a shopping trip with the mother in law. The quality is outstanding, and it's enormous. Masses of storage, comfy, stylish and awesome. Danny and Joe, the delivery guys, where so polite, hard working, professional, so careful of our newly decorated hallway (not a scratch anywhere) and they are true ambassadors for the company they graft for. 5 stars for everything and thank you so much x
