Professional and efficient

Sofa's turned up on time and the delivery drivers were very friendly and professional. So thank you James and James for your service.

Hercules and Simon arrived in the time slot arranged, having given us notice when they ere close. They were very pleasant and worked quickly to complete their task. They were respectful with regards to the new furniture and our home.

Service is quick and smooth, staffs are nice and helpful, overall efficient.

Excellent service, text day before re time for delivery, called us 10 mins before arriving, on time, both were very friendly and moved old suite for us to our garage and delivered, assembled new suite, with great care and moved it into final position, laid sheets to protect flooring and removed all the packaging. Really pleased with suite and the service provided. All completed in approx 20 mins - well done 10/10

The deliver was made on time, we were contacted by phone about 15mins before. Both delivery men were polite , friendly and helpful. The built the furniture taking real care with it.

The delivery drivers were excellent. Apologised for arriving so early (6:30am) although I didn't mind. They were friendly and very efficient

The two delivery men James and James were excellent called us 20 minutes before they arrived, assembled the table and chairs laid down mats and tidied away after themselves. They were also really friendly guys

The two guys today were absolutely brilliant courteous polite and extremely professional

Excellent service from Kevin and Stewart. They were courteous and respectful of our home, set the armchair up very quickly indeed, and gave us advice on how to use and care for it. Would ask for them by name, next time we order from Furniture Village!

Stuart and Kev were very professional and friendly delivery guys.

Delivery drivers absolutely brilliant - Paul and Tomas. Very polite and helpful. Came in the allotted timescale. Did not complain they had to climb 3 lots of stairs. Built the sofa bed and king-size bed in very quick time and removed all the packaging. Thank you very much.

Ordered a Superking size Tempur mattress plus two Tempur pillows. Both very expensive
The pillows come in their own sealed bags. One bag didn’t have the seal or label on it. I was alarmed to see what state the pillow had been sent out like. It’s either a return. Or got wet in the warehouse. It’s was badly soiled and stained. I’m still waiting for my replacement. After 2 weeks.

Thank you very much for my new sofas and service was brilliant.
