We were offered the opportunity to collect our furniture from a depot near Newark and were glad we did.
Easy to find with prompt and polite service. Were able to get our vehicle right to the door and Alex and Marley even put it in the car for us. Thank you.

I received my email telling me what time my delivery was due and noted that I was a mattress missing from the order. When the lovely Stuart and Kev rang me to say that they were on their way, I asked if my mattress was on board, no! However these lovely gentleman investigated and another van arrived with my mattress. Considering the distance involved I was very impressed that all was delivered and in place well within the three hour window that I was given.
Huge thanks to all three gentleman involved for a professional and speedy delivery.

Delivery was well communicated, we were able to track the driver and we were notified before arrival. Cam and Carl were great,friendly and polite. they unpacked and set the sofa up, they took all the packing and cardboard packing away with them. Fast service. Very happy. Shop staff when I bought the sofa were very good too. Excellent service.

The 2 delivery men, Alex and Connor, were great. Because we had ordered several items, they were there for a long time and did a good job. There was a slight fault to one chair and they took a photo and reported it back as promised.
