We took receipt of our new Suite from Furniture Village today and would really commend the team that delivered it. The time of delivery was well communicated, they arrived on time and were proffessional, courteous and efficient. These Guys are a credit to your business.

Mo and Soheb were fantastic. I received tracking information the day before the delivery with a time slot. I was then able to track how many stops the gentlemen were from my house on the day of delivery. They arrived when they said they would. They were friendly and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very impressed.

Delivery service was absolutely top class, a challenge to get the chair but that was soon overcome. Lads were brilliant keeping me informed at all stages. Shop staff were also great at the order stage.

The service was excellent today from Tommy and Kaileb.
They fitted mums new sofa quickly and efficiently and they where also very knowledgeable about the product and provided us with good tips on the care of the sofa for the future.

the drivers were really helpful as it was a tight fit to get into the room.they then removed all the packaging,positioned the sofa in the room for me and then took all the packaging away.
