We had a great experience today at Furniture Village thanks to Rajesh. He was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. He helped us choose and purchase a beautiful table and six chairs, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service, thank you, Rajesh!

For years I have shopped from FURNITURE VILLAGE. Rajesh attended when I came looking for a tevlinet chair.
He was very helpful and gentle and thoughtful of my needs(I am 87 years old).

Having shopped before at FV I feel the staff remembers and gives very personalised service, They take the trouble to explain the differences between the products.
Secondly the have a wide choice of items.

Ranjit Virdi was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was patient and spent a lot of time with us as we sat in just about every sofa and armchair in the store. He gave us prices on two different setups with no complaint at all and he wasn’t in the least bit pushy and didn’t rush us. I would definitely recommend both Ranjit and Furniture Village, lovely sales staff, lots of choice and a five year insurance policy that covers scratches from pets! Just perfect, thank you!
