Excellent service from start to finish. The salesman was friendly, helpful, and gave great suggestions without any pressure. Communication and service throughout were spectacular.

The delivery team were also extremely professional and polite. They assembled all the chairs, placed everything carefully in the room, and took away all the packaging afterwards.

Very disappointed with the service from Furniture Village. Our living room sofa was delivered on 02/05, but parts were missing from the order. It has now been over a month and the issue is still not sorted. Poor customer service and very frustrating experience.

Good quality products and friendly sales team

MIlin Parekh who served us was excellent, nothing was to much problem for him, showed as many options and helped us in making on our purchase of dinning chairs.

Product & assembly was good however it took 2 months rather than the 1 month I was told for the product to arrive and there was no-one keeping us informed of the delays. I was doing all the chasing.

My requirements were VERY specific for a leather sofa suite. Rajesh Reddy welcomed me and worked patiently and diligently to root out what I wanted. And finally we were successful.

Just to furniture village South Ruislip. We knew what we wanted to look at and was served by Milan Parekh. Milan was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about all his product. Went into showroom in Ruislip, looking for a new suite in the future. The store was easy to negotiate and found myself upstairs. Saw a dining table and chairs, came home to Bicester and showed dining room table and chairs to wife, so with her agreement I went on website and purchased it. The guy in Ruislip was very informative about the suite and so I will consider taking wife in to see it in future..Essa Salah was very polite and very informative.

We recently visited Furniture Village after a friend recommended we take a look around and get some ideas. We didn’t expect to make a purchase straight away, but I wanted to specify about Milan who completely changed our experience. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every piece of furniture we were interested in, in great detail. Thanks to him, we learned so much about the latest furniture technology, features, and functionalities available today.

We went to Furniture Village not entirely sure what we wanted, which is a dangerous state to be in when surrounded by sofas. Paul Heer at the Ruislip branch somehow steered us to the right one without us feeling like we'd been sold anything. No hovering, no clipboard, no fake urgency about a sale ending Sunday. Just a bloke who clearly knows his sofas and lets you figure it out at your own pace. Rare. Five stars!
