We had a complimentary drink I had a hot chocolate my husband had a coffee which was very nice
Order was simple went away with our pack of goodies
Day of delivery Joe and Scott were so careful not to damage anything when bringing the sofa in the house they put sheets on the floor and put the sofa exactly where I wanted it

Efficient friendly service particularly from Ray

We met Grant Hale whilst looking for new lounge furniture. His knowledge and advice on the product, as well as, understanding when to give us space to think about what we were purchasing, was enlightening No high pressure sales technique, just friendly and honest support.
Good selection of product and styles to choose from. Good deal too.

Wide range of product when we were shopping for a new bed. Good offers on price with flexibility.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. When we ordered, we realised within 48 hours that we should have selected a different suite so went back into the store. Excellent customer service and we’re very understanding. The change to a different suite was straightforward.
Delivery updates were superb and when it was delivered, Luke had Rich were fantastic.

We enjoyed our experience at Furniture Village in Southampton west quay retail estate. It was our second visit to make a firm decision on sofas and armchair. Raymond served us on both occasions and made us feel very welcome. We wanted to spend time making the right decision and enjoyed a coffee and cookies while trying out the sofas.
We decided on our furniture and Raymond helped us understand the extras available to us. We benefitted from the summer discounts and went away with a package that we were very happy with. There was no hard sell but an encouragement in the right direction. Very happy with our experience and looking forward to delivery of our purchase.

Customer advisor, Aleks was knowledgeable, patient,friendly. He made us feel welcome and appreciated as customers with no "pressure selling" as often happens in retail .
There is a wide choice of furniture and the quality and the prices were excellent.

The furniture we had delivered today we have to remove all the cushions to be able to sit , like sitting on window ledge and for 200 it’s disgusting we will ring shop in morning

My sofa was delivered on 22/8/26. The date I was told it would be delivered, guys were very professional, helpful and friendly. I am pleased with the sofa, a white leather, corner unit, with power recliners, very comfortable. So far, a very positive experience.

Staff were excellent from the shop salesman to the delivery men. Second time we've used Furniture Village and very satisfied.
