Great product at a fair price

Grant was great help without being pushy and was on hand to assist with any questions. The showroom is lovely and easy to navigate with plenty of choice too.

I went into the Southampton store looking to purchase some new sofas,I was approached by Aleks who listened attentively to my requirements and Aleks showed me several in the style and price range that I liked and could afford,he kindly offered some cool water as well,after leaving me to browse around the store i came to a conclusion of what I wanted,we sat down and went through all the details of what I wanted and I was offered the finance to pay over 24 months so it was more affordable,also Aleks gave me a business card of the company that are used to remove old furniture,Aleks was very kind,courteous,and knowledgeable and very professional and didn't pressure me into my purchase,I am very looking forward to receiving my new furniture of 2x2 seater sofas in about 4 weeks time.

A problem with our sofas on delivery was very quickly resolved by Nicola, offering us several options. All much appreciated.
