Great service and enjoyed looking around the vast range of furniture.

Hadleigh Moyses was very helpful and went the extra mile to get us the colour of leather we wanted even though it wasn't on display in there booklet.

Went to look for Corner unit, met Brian, one of the sales team, explained what I was looking for. He showed us some examples and price range etc. On eventually choosing the one I liked, then matched up a rug , took a few from hanging display, to put in front of sofa, with coloured cushions, to get the overall effect. Brian was very informative about the products on sale floor, and nothing was any problem in regards helping to meet my needs. Gave us time and space to make our own decisions, without any sales pressure. He is an asset to the store. Which by the way, has a fantastic selection of future etc, at great prices. Thankyou.

The customer care from Furniture Village, is second to none. In particular, Carrieanne from the Customer Care team, made my day by fixing everything out for me, on the phone. She was lovely, and very professional, Thank You Carrianne!
Mark the Sales Manager helped us both in the first instance, by explaining the process then inviting us to take our time, looking around the store, for a replacement. Thank You Mark (Edinburgh store). Wish all Customer Care services were like your company’s.

Went to Straiton branch. The shop was lovely with good displays. I especially liked the fact that the staff did not hassle us with questions or following us around the shop - there is nothing worse in my opinion! Once i had decided on a sofa and wanted more information on it I approached a member of staff named Harry Gibbs. He was excellent. Gave us all the information we asked for - and more! He also gave me space to make up my mind and we “sealed the deal”. Excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

My family and I went to the Furniture Village store in the Straiton Park Retail Park. The product range was great as were the prices because there was a clearance sale going on. Tom was very courteous, professional, and helped with a great deal on the products that we chose. So, my wife and I want say thank you to Tom through this review.

The staff here offered such good customer care, in particular Jordan. If you take anything away from this review then it’s, definitely go here, you’ll be well looked after. From the free coffees and cookies, to the knowledgeable staff that come with a smile.
We went for a dinning table. Approached by Jordan with a genuine smile, not pushy at all. Asked us a few questions on what we were looking for, directed us to a few options, didn’t hover, allowing us the space to talk amongst each other on what we liked but was close enough to be called upon or pop back for a check-in to see how we were doing.
We wanted to see different chairs with the table we were looking at. The absolute legend that Jordan is, carried the chairs over from across the shop floor. He soon realised my mum needs to see the end product so, he went and brought a few more chairs over to complete the look.
The team were very knowledgeable on their products. The type of material the tables were made of, what kind of fluids or foods react to the tables, if they react at all etc. Even helping us to choose options for the tables and chairs, what looked good, what went well, not so well etc.
Tom would also pop in here and there for a blether, who seemed like a seasoned hand, very knowledgeable and what seemed like a genuine passion for working there.
What also helped was how considerate and receptive they were for our budget and how they’d try to help and work around it, which they did.

I would highly recommend Furniture Village! The sales consultant was amazing! Roger Singh explained everything clearly and calmly! I was looking for a corner sofa and was told how to check the sofas as many in display can be converted into the perfect corner sofa! Then left to browse their amazing range! No hard sell! Great atmosphere in-store! With coffee and T available! Made to feel so comfortable and any questions to just ask! I went to other sofa shops and this was by far the best!! I returned and ordered the perfect corner sofa! Choice of fabrics and colour! There sales consultants are amazing! Made to order! I can't wait to receive my gorgeous corner sofa! Very helpful sales person

Great service from the sales team in the store, plus amazing service from the delivery guys, really nice comfortable suite… BUT very disappointed that parts ie spitter cable of electric recliner and floor slider were not dispatched along with the order. Awaiting on communication for these items, means we cannot use the recliner yet. Please reply ASAP.

Brian was a great Salesman , Very helpful lad. Made you feel at ease and never made you feel like you were rushing into picking a Settee. All round great experience made all the better with Brian 👍 Delighted with our choice , Will be recommending Furniture Village to our pals.
