Excellent service from FV Tamworth. I’ve ordered a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table and Matt talked me through everything. Only wish I’d had the £50 off introductory email before I went shopping!
Not yet been delivered but I’ll post on that later.

Excellent service from start to finish, Matt introduced himself when we entered and answered all of our enquiries, we chose which suite we liked and then sat to the desk with a coffee and both myself and june felt really comfortable, would certainly return.

We were brilliantly helped by Steve Waterhouse buying a new sofa for my Mum. Steve’s approach was great, no pressure, always on hand to answer questions or give us a little insight into any offers on products we were looking at… My mum came away with a new sofa. Happy Mother goals ✅ she also loved the coffee.

If you want to buy a sofa that you can’t sit on incase the friction causes bobbling, then Furniture Village are the company to go to. However, if you want the quality that you think you should get for the money you pay, avoid at all costs. I had a sofa delivered in October and it has bobbled terribly with just me sitting on it. Apparently, the friction of me sitting on my sofa had caused it bobble. Never have I experienced such a dreadful service and quality of product.
