Furniture Village - Tamworth Reviews 

Fantastic service received at the Tamworth branch. Initially just went in to look but came out purchasing chairs, bar stools and a high back bench. Akram was very friendly and professional.

We went into the store and were given coffees while we looked around at all the sofas. Steve Waterhouse, the sales consultant, was very helpful and professional, allowing us to look around and giving us all the necessary information while we made our choice.

Sales Assistant Gary Riley served us and he was excellent. Had good product knowledge and was thorough and answered all of our queries. We went into the store on Friday just to kill time but spotted the suite and loved it and returned on Sunday and ordered it with Gary as he was so good

Gary Riley was extremely helpful and assisted us in making our choice of chairs. Excellent all round service from start to finish. The coffee was great touch too!

Sales person available but not intruding on our discussions. Very knowledgeable and able to check details and inform us quickly to help with our decision. Pointed out key points to consider eg wardrobe heights available.
An excellent experience, we were able to add an item over the phone from home after checking dimensions. Highly recommend this store and their sales team.

You could make sure that when converting a quote to an order, your software brings through all of the items. Having waited 10 weeks for delivery of our furniture, we have now had to order a 2nd armchair that didn’t get bought onto the order. You could also improve on your communication as I was told on Monday that only one mattress would be delivered today, had an email yesterday to say that both mattresses were being delivered and only one delivered this morning. Pretty poor performance all round.

After only going out to buy a sausage roll we ended up in furniture village to check out there sofa’s.After not being pressurised and able to at our leisure sales person DAVID asked if could advise us on our new furniture.David was more than helpful courteous and very funny that’s why we purchased a sofa,chair and poof,at a great price.Still enough money to get sausage rolls🤣

There are lots of choices of the furniture we were looking for and the salesperson at the Tamworth store were bought from, David Gillet, was extremely helpful and tolerant, given it took us a few visits to decide on the table, chairs and sideboard we eventually purchased.

Matt Basden was very helpful today and helped my Mum choose a new bed and table & chairs. Good knowledge of the products and very friendly.

Very friendly staff at our local Furniture Village in Tamworth, Steve especially was very helpful and knowledgeable and we were happy to purchase our new Sofas from there, which we are due to take delivery of in January.

The service we received from Akram was exceptional. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable on all products and made the experience from entering the store to ordering very easy. He is a credit to the company.

Great selection of everything you could want and very welcoming. Also I was greeted by Craig arrowsmith then allowed to browse without being followed or being put under pressure. Once I made my choices Craig then arranged the sale and delivery.

Khadija Delt with my Quires straight away was helpful just waiting on someone to contract me informed me when I would be contacted by keep an eye on my emails for anything further.

We visited the store today for a browse but Matt was so helpful in helping us to decide on a wardrobe and drawer set that we ended up placing an order today! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Great service

I visited furniture village Tamworth and had a great experience. I was attended to by a lovely guy called Matt. He was very informative about the different sofas and best cleaning practices. I would highly recommend visiting this store for your furniture.

Had a problem with the sofa controls and spoke to Khadija. She advised that resetting the control pad should clear the problem and e mailed me a picture showing which buttons to press. She waited patiently while I pressed the appropriate buttons and eventually the reset occurred and fixed the problem. She also sent me a guide on using the screen.Did not have to wait long for my call to be answered and was pleased that the issue was resolved. Many thanks to Khadija.
