Great overall experience, a big shout out to Matt Basden for his excellent customer service.

A great experience! David was fab from start to finish. It’s really easy to feel like you’re being pestered to buy in these kind of shops because we know it’s all about the sales but Dave was professional, patient (we may have changed our minds quite a few times) and looked after us really well. After a few laughs, a couple of hot drinks and the best oat and raisin cookies I think we have ever had, David helped us secure the purchase and delivery of our new sofa and armchair. He was also great with our little boy who attended our first appointment with us and he recommended a carpet supplier who we have chosen to use!

We came into the store to have a look as we had been thinking of replacing our bed. No one immediately came to us which was fantastic, Akram came over after a while and made us feel relaxed with no selling pressure, after hearing what we were after he explained clearly which beds to look at, once we had decided on the one he then explained the differences in the mattresses. Again no full on sales pitches which is exactly what we wanted. The whole process was easy with a relaxed atmosphere. Akram Ahmed was a really nice guy he made us feel heard, we had a laugh, the overall experience was brilliant. Thank you

We made several visits to furniture village before making our purchase and the staff (Akram and Tony) were very knowledgable and helpful. They answered any questions we had, but also gave us space to browse and consider our options. The service was excellent and we would definitely recommend them.
