Came in with my dad and Steve was a great help, a really knowledgeable guy and was super great to be around!

We were welcomed by Steve Waterhouse with a complimentary coffee and a freshly baked cookie. After being left to roam around the store without any interruption we again found Steve and he was so helpful in moving furniture around to accommodate us. He gave us loads of information on the 2 sofas and dining table with 4 chairs which we have bought from the Tamworth Store.
A great experience all the way through.
We are now looking forward to delivery.

Went in today expecting to be harried and jumped on immediately but not this time, which made a very pleasant change.
Had plenty of time to look around before a brief hello to establish what we were looking for, tucked us up with coffee and cookies and left us again to wander with no pressure what so ever. Checked up on us later, very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly chap by the name of Steve guided us all the way through from enquiry to sale, really enjoyable and unexpected experience, definitely recommend *****

No pressure selling or following around; just on hand with good advice, whilst being friendly, helpful, and professional. Matt at the Tamworth store made my experience as easy as it could have been.
We picked my sofa out and the material I’d like it in swiftly.
Then the process of purchase was also very quick with everything explained to us from sofa care to delivery time scales.
Matt was so lovely and made the experience everything I wanted it to be.

I visited Wednesday 15th July 2026, and was greeted by sales consultant David Gillet, David was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The shopping experience was wonderful as I got everything I needed, and all delivery times were given, and overall excellent service.

Akram was friendly and polite. He left us to look around the store as I knew what I was looking for. He helped with sizes and colours and delivery dates. It was a pleasure to be served by him. I shall look forward to seeing my purchases in 6 weeks.

He listened to all our requirements and covered everything off in precise detail, summarised all options chosen and made us feel special. He went the extra mile in providing a fair deal for a top end item but most of all he was confident and professional in a nice way which made all interactions easy.
