Matt Basden took over from Craig whilst he was on holiday. Matt was very helpful and sorted our order out straight away and gave us a good deal for the extra furniture we wanted. Matt was very knowledgeable about all products.

It was all ok but I knew what I wanted the only thing I think you should put on that the cost of delivery as that adds a lot more to the bill so you have done the paperwork then you get the extra added you are not told about .

We recently bought a mattress and had a great experience thanks to David. He was very patient and understanding while we were making our decision. He gave us all the information we needed without any pressure and explained all the Ts&Cs clearly. It made the whole process easy and stress-free.
