Great atmosphere, polite and attentive service with a smile. Wide variety of products and furniture. We were happy to spend more than we had originally planned. Thank you for the experience.

We Came In and had a good look around . Absolutely not pressure from sales team but there if you needed them. Not pushing at all which people prefer than meeting you at the door. Spoken a great chap called Craig. Actually went in 3 times before we brought and Craig was so helpful and good advice was given .

Thanks Matt for looking after us so well. Great welcome, gave us space to look, chat and choose and where there to help and made the whole experience great.

The store was well laid out and Steve the member of Staff who helped us with our new settee purchases was relaxed and friendly and very knowledgeable of the chesterfields we had chosen.

Purchased a dining table and wall clock today. David was a great help and nice guy to chat with. Thanks again.

Had a nice mooch around the Tamworth store. Staff around saying hello etc but not butting until it was obvious I was a little bit bewildered and was rescued by Gary who explained everything in a very non pushy way. Just browsing for a bed and the sales assistant was able to advise us as to different options available to us.

Looking to buy a pillow today, again, we were advised of the various options.

David was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and, importantly, never pushy. He gave us the space and time to take things at our own pace and make the decision that felt right for us. His approach made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Good size store, lots of choice and options for furniture. We bought a dining table and chairs, and experienced great service from Steve, who supported us with great advice and guidance - but was never pushy or trying to hard sell. He gave us time and space, as well as giving us options to consider around chairs to match the tables. There was no pressured up selling or rush to make the sale.

We would definitely return to buy from here again.
